Charlotte Entwistle 1860 by Hands Across the Sea Samplers

Charlotte is one of a pair of sister samplers.  She was 12 years old when she stitched this sampler.  Sadly, Charlotte died when she was only 15.  The entire sampler is stitched in cross stitch over 2 threads of linen.

Model stitched on Marbled Khaki fabric by xJuDesigns, using Au Ver à Soie threads.
