Bees In The Greenhouse – The Blue Flower
Even a greenhouse needs pollinators! This piece was inspired by the idea of peering through the windows of an elaborate white-framed greenhouse. The finish offers a great opportunity for stitchers to build on their skills to create a new shape. (Details of the finishing are at www.blueflowerstitching.com)
The model is stitched on 40 count “Friendship Greene” linen from Fabrics By Stephanie (closest DMC is 3072).
Stitch count is 300 wide x 102 high. The base is trimmed with “Blue Fescue” velveteen from Lady Dot Creates. The model was stitched by Chris Canaday.
